Maniac workouts are increasing the pain,
the peeing, and the pooch!

There’s an epidemic out there, especially at our age… It’s either pain, peeing, or a pooch and they all have to do with your corset!

Diets and exercise don’t work like they used to and the belly fat is increasing. Chronic and annoying back or sciatic pain is getting worse, making movement difficult and we are suppressing our laughter for fear of the dreaded ‘leakage’. Nothing works anymore and we don’t know why. We’re too tired to go to the gym.

Seriously – do we still have to go to the gym???

It’s about as effective as eating a bag of Doritos. Oh, and sex…? Forget it… By the time we address the peeing and the pooch, we’re too tired for sex!

The doctors give us a prescription for pills or surgery… Or they suggest kegels for bladder control, for the belly fat. Or they say, “Hire a trainer and go on a low fat diet.” For back pain, it’s Prescription Meds or surgery.

Give me a break!

This is crazy making. It’s not getting us anywhere.

That’s how my journey began.. I sensed there was more to my core… I just didn’t know how to ‘go there’.

What I discovered wasn’t through pills, surgery, liposuction, grueling workout programs, gadgets or any of that. It was purely curiosity.

I have no interest in getting sick and fighting off disease. My interests lie in learning how to be well! I have no interest in becoming part of a clinical study. I’m too busy!! I have to go to Italy more !

After over 30 years as an International Fitness and Pilates expert, I had no idea I was training the core backwards, and was adding to the peeing and the pooch!

Coming from a completely different background with her research on neurology, she taught me something I had never heard before…

Our Core Has TWO Layers!

We have an inner layer (the corset) that is better trained by intention and imagery. And we have an outer layer (the coat) that is trained by sit ups and crunches.

The problem is we have been working our ‘coat’ muscles all this time leaving us vulnerable for the pain, the peeing and the pooch.

I know, I have been training only the coat my whole fitness career, doing crunches, planks and sit-ups. Going from the outside in ‘without’ an awareness of my corset.

In fact 99 percent of the fitness and rehab programs and facilities only address the coat without any awareness of the corset. No wonder these problems are increasing!!

But it’s not their fault. They don’t know that they don’t know. I didn’t know. Not until someone showed me another way.

I am going to show you another way!
